Warranty Information - Please unpack your new exhaust system and carefully examine all components for damage and/or defects. Make sure that you refer to parts included section of the installation instructions and inventory hardware before you begin installation.
Please Note: The purchaser-installer of this system and/or a commissioned independent installer or installing dealer is responsible for the inspection of this exhaust system and its hardware prior to installation. Do not install the system if there are defects or if you believe there are missing or incorrect parts. Defects are described as dents, scratches, loose hardware and/or imperfections in the chrome finish. In the event that the system is installed and run, BUB Enterprises, Inc. will not replace parts having the above-mentioned defects.
You should know that BUB Enterprises, Inc. warranties all merchandise against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. All returns must be accompanied by a dated copy of a purchase receipt from an authorized dealer and a return authorization number issued by the BUB Enterprises warranty department. All returns are subject to inspection by BUB Enterprises, Inc. for determination of credit or replacement. Warranties are not transferable. Warranties for discontinued items are subject to product availability.
A NOTE ABOUT SOUND AND PERFORMANCE
The quality of sound, the noise level and the performance of an exhaust system may vary due to engine displacement, cam timing and compression. BUB Enterprises, Inc. does not warranty sound or performance.
SYSTEM MODIFICATION AND MISUSE
BUB Enterprises, Inc. will not warranty any product that has been modified or misused.
A NOTE ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT

CHROME: Try as we may, our chrome is not always perfect. Small flaws and/or marks in the chrome do not always constitute a warrantable issue or a flawed product. If, upon inspection, you disagree, or, if the chrome is very obviously flawed, please call us before you install the system.
BLUING or DISCOLORATION: These conditions are caused by improper air/ fuel ratio, dirty pipes, long periods of idling, or slow speed travel under load. Please see a reputable dealer for the proper configuration for your application. Discoloration is not a manufacturing or chrome process issue. BUB Enterprises, Inc. does not warranty bluing or discoloration.
CERAMIC COATINGS: Ceramic coatings are applied by hand held sprayers which may cause minor differences in the finish. Small flaws and/or marks or inclusions in the finish do not always constitute a warrantable issue or a flawed product. If upon inspection, you disagree, or, if the finish is very obviously flawed, please call us before you install the system.
IF THE PRODUCT BREAKS: We will do our best to remedy the situation. The Warranty department of BUB Enterprises, Inc. must authorize all returns.
DEFECTIVE PARTS
BUB Enterprises, Inc. replaces defective parts only, not the full system.
BUB Enterprises, Inc. reserves the right to inspect all parts related to a warranty claim and to refuse any warranty claim upon inspection of said parts.
